Behold the Trailer for the Sundance hit and Oscar hopeful Like Crazy!

Is this potentially the indie breakout of the year? Take a look and judge for yourself:
-Joey's Two Cents: It looks like a hybrid of (500) Days of Summer and Blue Valentine, and if it approaches the quality of either of those two phenomenal films, it'll be a major player. For now, it's a great looking trailer that hints at a rather moving story. I'm in...thoughts?

  1. The use of music in the trailer was exceptionally well done, and both Jones and Yelchin look like they could be forces to reckon with on the awards season trail...

  2. I'm hoping this breaks out with the Academy as well, if for no other reason than bragging rights towards my own predictions.

  3. There are worse reasons. I was higher on it at the start, then backed off recently, but this trailer has me moving it higher up again...

  4. So I went looking for this trailer on youtube after watching it on here and I gota say whoever did the sound mixing for the trailer did a terrible job. Takes the term mumblecore to a whole new level.

  5. Yes, the sound could be better, but in a way it works...kind of makes you think of the whole "things left unsaid" vibe. That being said, I'd like to have heard the dialogue better.

  6. Haha I like that attitude Joey. Personally, I think they just stuffed up the sound. At least the song was good.

I like the look of it anyway. Definitely has that Blue Valentine vibe to it, and I've liked pretty much everything I've seen from Yelchin so far.
